A short course at La Luna Bistro, 320 Rathdowne Street North Carlton. 4 x 2 hour weekly sessions (7-9pm. Tuesdays) Relaxed yet highly informative classes have a maximum of 12 participants and contain 24 of Australia's finest table wines (6 per session)
Classes have a strong focus on single estate wines with no compromise and feature fabulous food by Master Chef Adrian Richardson. On completion participants will have a much greater understanding of wine appreciation, styles, service and food matching.
