short course

Conducted at La Luna Bistro, 320 Rathdowne Street North Carlton.  7 - 9pm over four consecutive Tuesdays. Relaxed and highly informative classes have a maximum of 12 participants and feature 24 of Australia's finest table wines (six per session). Classes have a strong focus on single estate wines with no compromise and featuring fabulous food by Master Chef Adrian Richardson. On completion participants will have a much greater understanding of wine appreciation, styles, service and food matching. $400 covers all tuition, wine, food and tasting notes.

Start Dates: February 7th, May 8th, July 31st and October 2nd 2012.

advanced classes

Classes may consist of a vertical or horizontal tasting, a specific wine region or wine style. Always with a food component classes are conducted at various venues and run for approximately two hours.

wine dinners

Six courses matched with six wines conducted in conjunction with Australia’s leading winemakers. Wine dinners are capped at 16, this format has proven extremely popular as it allows participants to interact directly with the winemakers. These are one off events and are announced to my database.

corporate

Conducted at your venue or ours, ideal as a team building exercise or a special event. Classes are constructed to meet your requirements.
